I’m surprised you haven’t seen a real P1 race, there’s quite a few races on KZbin, against Veyrons, 918, LaFerrari, 650S, 720S, and some on an airstrip against the 911 GT2 RS (991.2), 675LT, Performante, F12tdf and more, but those airstrip races weren’t great .

The P1 is quicker to 100mph (161km/h), 124mph (200km/h), 186mph (300km/h) and even to 200mph (322km/h). 1 Mile Times Veyron 16.4 = 25.9 secs at 205.1mph 918 Spyder = 25.8 secs at 194.6mph P1 = 25.4 secs at 205.7mph

I've been watching automotive KZbin channels for yrs now. I have no clue how this channel has managed to slip past me so far. Just discovered it today looking up Ford GT drag times. This channel is badass, not only does this guy own badass supercars but he actually drives the shit out of them. He's definitely not scared to do what these cars were ment to do and that's to perform. He makes all the other KZbinrs look like pretentious supercar owners in comparison. None of them actually take their cars to the strip. Or I haven't seen them post any videos of them actually going balls out in any of their cars yet. Take DDE as a prime example, they own some sick cars. But all they do is drive them around, they never actually race them heads up against each other like this guy. The other guy is a badass as well. Driving his hypercar like he stole it in the streets at that! Everyone else would be scared to go all out in a P1. Well most can't even afford it so there's that. This is the ultimate flex though, he has been dying to see what that car was capable of. Much respect to both men for giving us some good entertainment. These guys aren't afraid to take these cars to the max in the streets at that. I'm subbing for sure, Hellyeah! These McLaren's are really something to behold in person too. I used to live down the street from the McLaren dealership in Dallas, Texas. Every now and then I'd walk my dog and I'd walk by the dealership to check the cars out in the back of the dealership. Sometimes they'd take the cars up and down Northwest Highway and they sound amazing. One time there was a 720S and a 765lt, they opened them up a bit and it sounded godlike. They had a P1 inside the dealership, wish I could hear that one in person. McLaren's really are top notch compared to other supercars.

It's so rare to see such a race that whoever gets the jump stays ahead, if not a tie (sort of). P1 was the OG speed king. It was pretty much the first "mainstream" car (Koenigsegg wasn't that popular yet in 13-14) that outpaced the Bugatti Veyron, and it did that with ease... And P1 is just too beautiful. My dream spec would be in Amethyst black like on the P1 OOV. I remember I nearly cried when Shmee did that P1 5-year-old birthday video driving the P1 OOV... When 720S launched in 2017, I was so surprised to see so many elements of the P1 were passed down: the overall exterior design, the carbon racing seats, the super lightweight wheels (I think) etc.. So, this race is a beautiful father vs son race. I'm so surprised that the "son" keeps up! Thank you, Brooks!

Never seen a video of the LaFerrari against either the Super Sport or Grand Sport Vitesse, but there is videos of the Agera R just completely walking the Vitesse in a roll.

@@projectr2451 Oh hi there again haha. Didn't know LaFerrari is faster than the 16.4 before. Thanks for letting me know! After some research, I do believe 918 is largely faster than the regular 16.4. the only 1/4 mile speed for 16.4 is 139 from Brook's 16.4 vs GTR video 9 years ago, slower than 918's 144. Their 1/2 mile speeds are identical at 172-173, but then 16.4 should be faster than 918 from there on. I've heard Bugattis are all hard to launch well. If that Supersport in Salomondrin's video launched more aggressively, 918 might have had very little chance. And yes, I have also seen that P1 vs Vitesse video. Some say P1 let off earlier than the Vitesse, but we'll never know for sure.

paul shi No worries bro! And I believe the Veyron 16.4 was tested on the street at 10.1 secs at 142mph (228km/h). The Holy Trinity hypercars are definitely quicker than the Veyron 16.4. Fastestlaps actually have one mile results as well, the Veyron 16.4 did 25.9 seconds at 205.1mph. The 918 Spyder gets there slightly quicker. It did 25.8 seconds at 194.6mph, while the P1 does 25.4 seconds at 205.7mph. There isn’t any mile data for the LaFerrari, but I would guess it falls somewhere in between. There was a VMax Race between the Veyron 16.4 and LaFerrari, I think I provided it above. The Bugatti was said to have trapped 205mph (330km/h), while the Ferrari was said to have trapped 207mph (334km/h). Very interesting. So the Veyron 16.4 is faster than the 918 Spyder after roughly 174mph (280km/h), while the P1 is still faster than the Veyron 16.4 even after 200mph (322km/h).

James Crain The first drag race was only lost by the P1 because it short shifted into 5th gear, the second one was neck and neck, slight pull by the 765LT but I think if the P1 has DRS activated, I think it would’ve taken that. Standing races were dependent on who got the first launch. Definitely think that once Randy gets used to the P1 like how Brooks gets used to his cars, he’ll be able to pull better numbers, and also believe that if they did a rematched and Randy actually used DRS, the P1 would just take the win.

bron lebron Ferrari never said that. They claimed the LaFerrari does 0-100km/h in 2.9 secs, while they claimed 2.5 secs for the SF90 Stradale. They also claim 0-200km/h in 6.9 secs for the LaFerrari, and 6.7 secs for the SF90 Stradale. Ferrari have never claimed the SF90 Stradale to be slower than the LaFerrari in any department other than top speed.

bron lebron As for how quick the LaFerrari is, there is one video of a customer car on a prepped surface in Australia, the LaFerrari ran 9.96 secs at 145.9mph. The weather was stated to be really hot, so with better cooler conditions, it can definitely perform better. I think the LaFerrari would beat the 918 Spyder Weissach Package and 720S in a roll. Not the 765LT or P1 though.

I always thought the P1 would win the roll race, and after seeing this, I’m so much more confident it would win, as it didn’t use the Drag Reduction System (DRS). The first drag race was only lost by the P1 because it short shifted into 5th gear, the second one was neck and neck, slight pull by the 765LT but I think if the P1 has DRS activated, I think it would’ve taken that. Standing races were dependent on who got the first launch. Edit: I meant in a rematch.
