Great vid man! The sand running really really hits your stamina. I once tried it and my lungs were absoloutely killed after it. They’re great for your joints though haha!

Isn't the sand not ideal for speed and agility because it prolongs the ground contact times? And to my understanding you want to reduce ground contact times in order to get faster, hence the benefits one gains from plyometrics

One of the most important aspects of modern day fullbacks is the ability to get up the field and get quality service into the box. Fullbacks are to an extent similar to wingers, but obviously more defensive minded.
