First of all, congratulations on going full-time. That means you have a strong following to support you! That is awesome! Secondly, when you were talking about that feeling you get when your miniature project is doing well, I totally get that same feeling when a programming project is going well for me, and I can totally relate to wanting to chase that feeling! Very satisfying when all the pieces fall into place. I only just discovered your channel and love watching people paint miniatures, and I’ve done a few myself (mostly downloaded resin prints of bosses from the Mega Man games) but it’s fun and rewarding when they come out the way I envisioned. For selling models, I think that it's best to provide both digital files and physical models. The best option to start with for physical miniatures would likely be getting a handful of folks with 3d printers to print initial batches, then maybe look into Siocast once you have enough money since that's basically Injection Molding but super cheap

Always wonderful to see when a hobby can be life supporting too. As far as mini making companies, I'd recommend looking into Shapeways. They have lots of materials to pick from, can help with prototyping and have a marketplace where ( if I understand it right ) is print on demand. So you don't have to worry about maintaining inventory and people still get physical stuff.

Over the past month I've been trying to get into miniatures. I usually build and paint Gundam. But your videos are very informative for newer people. As for the making your own modes, I've run across a website called Hero Forge. I'm not sure if you've talked about them or the quality, but the way you can customize the model is just insane. I haven't bought one but to make a very unique model, it seems like a great place. Not quite all your own unique model but I'd look into them. I really appreciate your videos and hope you the best.

Good news for all the community!! I recomend you try to do what other great mini painters like josedavinci or angel giraldez does, being sort of "ambassators" of a brand, and box art for them. Whats good of them is that they have good credibility, as the products they recommend are very good even if they are of the brands that are sponsoring them.

I am excited at the prospect of Mini Witch minis. I would suggest the idea of offering both, 3D printable, and resin cast. There is enough of a customer base for both of those. Miniac offered his latest mini offering both ways, and I was soo happy to get the STL's. There is a very fast growing 3D printing hobby community that is also deep into the tabletop gaming and miniature collecting hobbies. I am so hopeful for your move to fulltime. I have no doubt it will be great.
