I'd send that 64 away to get it into a slab and graded. I'd say that it would grade proof 70 without a doubt 💯.

I lived in Londonderry for 22 years and then came to Philadelphia for 2 weeks in 1999, and I've been here ever since. I visit my family every 3-4 years when I get a chance.

Hey there Mate, You have made some great raw acquisitions and made some steady progress there , it's a very satisfying feeling filling those album hole's , That's a lovely 1964 Jefferson , I think PF 68 plus 🫠👍
