Hey wesley I noticed you had the PW shake with just the protein, do you not have any simple carbs straight after training? Dextrose, dextrin etc?

Great content champ keep going just for advice stop heating your food on plastic containers its toxic and i noticed that you eliminated vegetables from your diet can you tell us why is it a bloating issue? I hope you answer me champ thanks in advance

containers labeled "microwave safe" can be heated without any plasticizers leakage.

Hi wesley i think you can make your own cream of rice. it is very easy to make and you will not need to import from US anymore :) basically just grind the rice in mixer until it became powder that's it!

I absolutely love that you use Quark mate! So oldschool yet such a good protein source but nowadays everybody is afraid of milk

Here in the Netherlands quark is a very well know source of protein. 90% of the time if you asked somebody who's lifting weights is eating quark as well here in the Netherlands. I think it's different in every country. But I agree, everybody is afraid these days of milk products as well as gluten (bread, pasta, cereal)

You said you are 128kg now.. how high do you want your weight to go? You need to cut down to 114kg for next show to stay below weight limit. Sounds like quite a lot.

Eat within the first hour but drink water as soon as you wake up and wait 20-30 mins minimum to boost your metabolism, cold water btw

Hi Wes, I'm wondering why you never eat "crazy" food or whatever I should call it. You see other bodybuilders eat stacks of pancakes once in a while, or bacon or burger and fries. I'm wondering why you don't do that?

fish digests way better than meat and is great for your brain. Beef and pork has too much fat and chicken isnt as good as fish imo. I do salmon, cod and tilapia everyday. Keep it up Wes!

Quark is a fresh cheese of European origin. It is a mild creamy cheese without the sour taste of yogurt. It is a soft un-aged cheese and is not the same thing as cream cheese or cottage cheese. It usually has much lower fat content than cream cheeses and has no salt added.

You should really stop eating almonds. Super high in omega 6, really bad stuff. Switch to macadamia. Look it up.

Amazing voice and physique and all, but pretty disappointed with the video, as full day of eating showed us only 2-3 meals out of 5-6, we dont want to look at empty dishes
