Hi wesley i think you can make your own cream of rice. it is very easy to make and you will not need to import from US anymore :) basically just grind the rice in mixer until it became powder that's it!

Here in the Netherlands quark is a very well know source of protein. 90% of the time if you asked somebody who's lifting weights is eating quark as well here in the Netherlands. I think it's different in every country. But I agree, everybody is afraid these days of milk products as well as gluten (bread, pasta, cereal)

fish digests way better than meat and is great for your brain. Beef and pork has too much fat and chicken isnt as good as fish imo. I do salmon, cod and tilapia everyday. Keep it up Wes!

Quark is a fresh cheese of European origin. It is a mild creamy cheese without the sour taste of yogurt. It is a soft un-aged cheese and is not the same thing as cream cheese or cottage cheese. It usually has much lower fat content than cream cheeses and has no salt added.
