I live in LA, and we actually had a super cool oppurtunity. With some friends from band, we got to go be part of the studio audience for America's Funniest Home Videos, and it was nothing like this. It was like 3ish hours on set, and they didn't really have the bad comedian. The guy leading us also expained what they were doing, like if we needed to do bumper shots, or backup laugh tracks and whatnot. It was actually enjoyable, compared to what Ted's experience sounds like (also it's much easier to laugh at videos of people running into doors).

I was once an audience member for Australian Ninja Warrior. The filming took nine hours, and we were seated by the last obstacle which would be great except barely any contestants make it that far. We spent most of the night cheering at an empty obstacle course on a freezing winter night. Hou also weren't allowed to bring any food or drinks in, and no phones were allowed. The only fun part was that the director would ask you to pretend to be family members or friends for contestants who didn't have any family or friends at the filming. I hope all my athletic fake siblings are doing well

(As if these people aren’t on a schedule.) My friends and I each had a couple drinks beforehand, which was a bad idea, because I was just exhausted throughout the taping. Genuinely the only guest I remember at all is Darlene Love. She sings the song “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” but for whatever reason that day she sang “Stand By Me” and she was incredible. Going to get a good paying job Graduating highschol in the middle of covid Finally grabbing a drivers license Getting a person bank account for amazon and stuff -Can't get the job because my greencard is expired during covid, and cant be renewed because the state's immigration is still shut down since covid started. -Failed my senior year because the app we were using for work (edgenuity) crashed and reset 3 weeks worth of progress on the last 2 days and school didn't fix it. Now I need to pay for summer school which is $150 per class (4 classes) -Same greencard situation so I can't get the drivers license. -Apparently my cards that I need to use from the bank as well as my checks are "delayed" and they wont tell me why (I kinda need them to pay for the summer school).
