First you were using Trek Madone, Specialised Sworks, then you move to Factor then Colnago & now 3T…… I followed you when you were using Factor Ostro VAM …. during that time I bought Factor same color as ur Ostro VAM…. then last year I bought Dogma F I stop following u ….. interesting now you have moved to 3 T …. strada … how is the bike ??? what is your opinion ?

Hey Ronald, I like your video's. I was however wondering, why you spend so much money to optimize your aerodynamics but you 'forgot' to invest in a proper wax for your chain. I see lots of dirty lub. Why you are not using the Silca hot wax methode. First of all your chain keeps clean and the friction is way less than ordinary lubricants. Myself I am using the secret drip on wax from Silca over 2 years now and sinds half a year I use the hot wax methode from Silca on a brand new chain and loving it. Maybe something for you as well to investigate:) With kind regards, Stefan

Hi Stefan. With all due respect, your comment is a bit of a nonsense. I have started using hot wax back in 2016, way before it was “cool” and never used oil since. A big portion of my business is about waxing and chain optimisation, and featured on my channel also. Your so called “dirty lub” is wax buildup from Silca Super Secret, which melts in the 36-38C temperatures we have been experiencing and leaves a residue like that. With that in mind, I don’t think it is something I need investigating, particularly as I work closely with MSW and Silca to stay ahead. Regards, Rony.

Nice bike, very cool build! Interesting 3T decided to make the “Italia” version more endurance focused. I have the regular Strada 2.0, it seems like a more race oriented bike… lower stack, less tire clearance (my 28s almost touch the chainstay), and it’s very stiff.
