My Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke Journey (animated pt 1, No Overleveling)

Hey all thanks for watching! As I mentioned in the video, yes I did restart the game to be a girl (multiple times lol) and not to pick my top starter. The reason for this is I had already drew a lot of my speaking frames as a girl before playing the game. Thus, I didn't want to be a boy in the game because I wanted it to match what I drew. Also, the starter I ended up picking is also a really good starter - even though I didn't get my first choice I definitely thought either starter would work well in a Nuzlocke! :D

Poison is one of the most nefarious status condition in Nuzlock period. It is a ticking time bomb, and will eat up your resources so fast.

Right? XD You gotta stack up on antidotes or poison will kill you long after the fight is over. I've had too mny pokemon faint outside the pokemon center to not stack up on antidotes like a doomsday prepper

For Wattson, I think that picking whatever berries you find & giving them to your team would help. For example, Cheri = paralysis heal, Persim = confusion heal, & Oran = 10 HP heal. However, the lack of getting a Marshtomp & / or Nincada (ground type & decent defense) was still there

I gotta say i love seing a nuzlock where so much went wrong right from the start, feels a lot more natural. :D I would suggest you play around with your audio level for your voice aswell as your tone a bit, to imrove the enjoyeblility for your listeners.

I do have a copy of Pokemon Ruby, but I did enjoy playing through it and I personally felt like that Ruby and Sapphire are already fine as they are.
