Dam Elliott is looking leaner and better. He even looks younger from the weight loss and hair cut.

This is great! I had a feeling you would be motivated by your third place finish to step up your training and compete again. I am over 40 myself and have been thinking about getting into some strongman training. This program looks like a good thing to adopt. Thanks.

I don't think I'm wrong. Maybe I get some details wrong, but I get a lot right. That's not really important though. Some might argue that you are not important and that you can't change the world, but you do. You have, you will in the future as well. I'm really not sure how I'm suppose to help currently. Maybe just showing up will help. I can, so why not, just cause. I get worn out and just want to be left alone, so it makes sense that you do. It just seems like either way you could use some help. You might not want it, or need it, but if the help helps, then might as well right? Maybe alone is the problem.

Hey Elliot I just wanted to ask how do you remain so confident and careless despite losing your hair? Its something I've been struggling with and super insecure about and I see that you don't really care. I want to get on that level could you make a video regarding that? Thanks man love your videos

I've been watching other videos lately and reading the comments. Some are about men who don't want modern women, more so Western. The problem isn't women though, some are the problem. Anyway the real problem is men thinking they only have to be responsible when it suits them, when it benifits them and it feels good. Men are not being good leaders. Many have decided to become women, some just act like women. Responsibility doesn't go away because a man doesn't like a situation. Part of this I got from watching My Name Is Earl. So in that show his dad talks to him about being responsible for his family, a cheating witch wife and 2 kids that are not his. People up and quit too often these days, they give up, they ignore their responsibilities. Responsibilities are not always fun and games, they are hard work and take enduring suffering. Men today blame women and feminism for everything, like women are the leaders and have all the power. Men need to become leaders. I seen a post on FB that said there is a big difference between having a man in the house and of the house. You know that men use to wear suits out in public. Men want traditional wives that wear dresses , trad wives of the 1920-1950s. Leaders lead, male or female. If men don't lead, women will. No one thinks about leading in the best possible direcrion with the best possible outcome, they think of their selfish needy needs, not about others. I don't know what is going on with you, if you are alright maybe you might want to show up and help guide the men in a better direction? Men can't pee in every swimming pool and then be upset the pools are all dirty...

I don't know what level of wrong things are. If you are just burnt out or something happened. I don't know if you need an inspirational talk, if you are lost and toking, if you are sad. I don't know if you are at a loss for what to do for a video with being burnt out and could use an inspirational pep talk. I'm tired, if nothing is really wrong, maybe do something different. Maybe a short video where you make protein granola bars or baked granola squares or something. Peanut butter, coconut, nuts, pumpkin seeds. Either way it would be quick and easy.

I've written and deleted my comment so many times. But as a fan I'd like to remind you of Yo Elliot that you're not uncle E. Please be that version you once was because i think you have lost the better version of yourself. I know we all always think we are right or we know everything but now and then we just need to remind people and be there for them and also provide guidance. As a fan for many years I'd like you to take a step back and review the last 15 years of your life, and then come back to the drawing board to become what you once were or better. I'd appreciate it if I don't get wrecked in comments but i felt like getting this off my chest as this is the guy that got me into the gym in the first place and changed my life. Now it's time to give back.

Guys, i recorded a video for a bioenergetics analysis but while i was having a panic attack.. (my question was also about tension in my stomach/throat and panic i have the last weeks very strong).. should i submit it or not? I'm doubting a bit because its a quite vulnerable way to let myself be seen like that by many people..

I keep switching commenting but I'm running out of room for balance lol. You might just be burt out. I'm not sure how it's suppose to help, but I was thinking about songs today. When I was young I picked a song to be me and my ex's song, he wanted others. I picked I Don't Want To Miss A Thing. He didn't want to use that one cause it would be played everywhere forever. Anyway his other two choices were Angel by Shaggy or Amazed by Lonestar. Over time songs like Beautiful Morning by Ace of Base and You Shook Me All Night Long reminded people of me when they heard the songs. I haven't had enough sleep, not sure how that is suppose to be helpful. Too tired but maybe the rambles are not suppose to make sense to anyone but you and God. Maybe you asked God a question and couldn't hear him so he asked me to speak so you could have your answer.

Sometimes it might be little things that are most valuable. You might need to have alone time, but you are not alone. No one here is really alone, because I keep showing up. I might be more like donkey in Shrek, but I show up lol. So you and the guys here are only alone if you want to be. Everyone needs friends that are there for them, just because.

I know I've been trying to explain why a lot of problems have been created by men and not women, I'm gonna try again. Some things and some women are problems, but men had something to do with some of them and that. If your truck isn't working right, do you get rid of it and get another truck? No, you find out what is wrong and you try to fix it. Most of the time it's worth fixing and costs less then getting a new truck every couple years, or once a week. Men have been giving up too easy when it gets hard. Yes some men are good and the women are bad, that might come from either no father or a father not being involved. If men say it's womens jobs to raise children and have nothing to do with raising children, in a devorce it makes sense for the mother to take the kids right? It's apparently not the fathers responsibility, providing for them is his responsibility. So in devorce that's what happens. Men complain about a situation they set up. If women rasing the women of today have created women men don't want, whose fault is that? If men want that to change, men are going to have to change. It gets a bit tricky with traditional ways, but men have to stop making it their job to provide and womens job to be provided for and being the only one to raise children. Back to the truck thing, men are going to have to stop driving a new truck every week. If that happened there would be no new trucks. If men were not so easy, women wouls only have each other to cheat with, men could complain in that case. Modern men quit when things get hard, men before didn't quit like men do today. Men have to set standards and make better choices. Men have to find women who want to be wives and mothers. Men can't pick a woman after 2 days because she looks good and likes tacos and going on vacations.

What about a video on spreading kindness not rage? Doing Gods work , it can be done even if people don't do it for God. It works for everyone, on its own. Spreading kindness and spreading rage each have their own energies and frequencies. I've been watching My Name Is Earl lately. He makes a list about all the bad things he's done and he spends his time making up for them to fix his karma

Maybe you just need inspiration. Maybe you are feeling defeated and old, and are thinking about all the things you can't do? It's either that or something is wrong. If you spend too much time thinking negative can't do thoughts, you don't do what you could have done. Maybe you can't do the farmers carry like you want, but you can do a lot. You could do them 100 times with no weight, and maybe do them 100 with a bit of weight. You could do 100 everyday and build up to doing them as heavy as would make you happy. Can do lists are much bigger than can't do lists. If this is the case maybe you need to put the kids granola bars down and get up and do the thing... You can do so much. You can make videos anytime you want and make the world a better place. Inspire people to be the best they can be. You have a lot of good skills and have much greatness left to accomplish.
