I suggest you k ager apka weight stuck hogeya hai to 1 2 weeks ki break lyn and try some other type or diet. Or you can even try the same.

Hey sweetie welcome to my channel 💖 So I have entered your details in My fitness Pal app and it recommends 0.5 kg weight loss per week and your calorie intake for a day should be 1420 calories. This will help you to loss 2.5 kgs till 5 July and if you want to loss more quickly then you should add your details yourself in the app and chose faster weight loss program to know the amount of calories intake.🌸
