70kg is a healthy weight for some people. We all have different bone structures and muscle and organ weight. If I was 50kg I'd be anorexic looking.

Hello I m very inspired by your weight loss journey... I am also in the process of it.. my knees and ankle pains a lot but i still manage to walk briskly for an hour.. sometimes i feel so low ,i feel like quitting ... please advise what to do if your body pains initially....

Try brisk walk and gradually running dnt focus on step focus on how much time u take to complete this 10,000 step gradually reduced the time it will help u to loose weight
