Hi, Myers. I have been enjoying your video. Sad they deleted all previous videos! Bloody n00b. I am learning to grow shitake in how climate. I tried two ways of fruiting mushrooms, 1. putting in freezer for 48 hours and it works fine. 2. Soak in ice water, only about 20% of the mushroom bags fruit, but the mushroom bags turned dark chocolate after a few days and the shitake stops growing. When the mushroom block turns into darker colour, does it mean the mycilium turns to sleeping mode? Thanks for everything, keep it up!
