Petra Ong - the word "vagina" isn't vulgar, but KZbin can de-monetize her videos simply based on the way certain language is used. In a previous video, she was trying to illustrate the differences between a cis vagina and a trans vagina, and it was both funny and weirdly charming watching Mathilda try to describe the lubrication of a vagina without using the word "lubrication" in regards to describing a vagina. Certain kinds of censorship within KZbin is a reality and a lot of LGBT videos fall victim to that algorithm.

Thank you for this video, Mathilda. It was a public service. I agree with Petra that you don't have to censor the word "vagina," it makes the audio jarringly choppy, same thing with the word "cisgender." One of the other commenters asked about whether yours was a PI (Penile Inversion) surgery. It's not really important because many, if not most, modern SRS now involve use of scrotal and peritoneal tissue to achieve the needed depth. The end result is exactly the same. O's: my surgery was 10 months ago and I've had a couple. It's a matter of training the new bits.

Had my surgery 11 months ago. And although I'd do it all again, my experience doesn't agree with what you said about myth #2. I have very little feeling in that region. Definitely nowhere enough to get close to ever having another 'O', let alone pleasurable feelings. So myth #2 may be a myth to many (most?), but certainly is not the rule.

I don’t want to sound like I’m gloating, just sharing info, I had my surgery 10 years ago and I recall feeling fully restored with not just orgasm, but multiple and different types within a few months. I’m sorry, again I don’t mean to gloat, but it CAN happen for you. Have you talked to your Dr? Perhaps a sex therapist can help as well as there can be mental blocks involved in that.

If a medical doctor trained in the female anatomy doesn't know the difference, they should have their medical license revoked immediately. A Gynecologist is a doctor for women. They feel their ovaries for lumps, check the uterus, cervix and labia, among other things. They scrape the cervix to check for cancer and pre-cancers. This is what the Gynecologist does. For women.

Actually there's a mexican youtuber called Victoria Volkova who went through SRS and her vagina wouldn't stop closing up inside no matter how much she dilated herself, because her body recognized that new area as a wound that I needed to close. She went through a lot of pain until she decided to stop dillating. She says she lost almost all her depth but that she's still happy with the surgery, and also she recognizes that still a lot (probably most) trans women don't have that much trouble with the surgery like she did. This is not scare you off about getting the SRS or not. It's to show you the reality of the world, that life isn't always pink, and this surgery is not the exception. If you still feel you need it after considering all the pros AND cons, then go ahead. I'm happy everything came great with your surgery Mathilda :)

I’ve had a great deal of surgery on my genital area because of testicular/ovarian cancer issues. ( I’m intersex ). I was surprised that I regained my feelings in the area very soon after the surgeries. The only issues I have ever had was the nerve damage from the use of chemotherapy drugs and it took about nineteen years for the effects to go away and I could stop taking medication to control the effects of the damage. At good surgeon knows where the nerve bundles are and can work around damaging them.

Υou are right about this myth. I was also was also convinced by stories and my little experience that "it is not that deep". But when u said 14 cm ..wow it's more than fine! I don't know if it depends to the surgeon and further more if there is any diference in the whole anatomy between cis and trans women... As I wrote before and the data are from the net not mine for cis women the average is 9.5 cm (6.5-12.5). In terms of width from 2.1 to 3.5 cm. Naturally, women with a smaller vaginal cavity experience pain during sex.

Cis woman here, our vaginas balloon and lengthen when aroused and at the same time our bladder and uterus shift. I'm not sure of average depth but past the arousal response,the vagina will stretch to accommodate any size penis and it shouldn't hurt unless there's lack of arousal or something else wrong, physically, mentally ect..
