Additionally try heating both the dra8ned dicotion. This thickens the dicotion. My personal experience. Full cream milk is ideal for coffee

Please note.. chicory was actually a cheap kalappadam, like saw dust kalappadam gives thickness and colour in tea. Chicory unfortunately was promoted as a component of coffee mix by coffee shops and now got official status as part of coffee powder. But chicory was a stealthy cheap adulteration component in good quality and flavor coffee. Chicory for the non discerning, imitates the colour and thickness, but is unhealthy and leaves a nasty thick coating on the tongue. So promoting it as part of good coffee is questionable 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Maam, can i add some milk powder to the cow's milk to strengthen the milk while hot in the cup before adding decoction because every time it is difficult to get fresh milk.And according to me coffee is best only when both milk and decoction are good quality and fresh.Once milk stored in the fridge it does not give that taste as a thick creamy layer is formed even if it is stirred with a ladle it does not get fully integrated as you get while boiling the milk fresh.This is my experience.

Drawbacks In this filter 1. U need 40% more powder 2. Need to wait ...sometimes overnight 3. U get residues in mouth 4. No consistent quality ...everday taste changes 5. U need to know measures of water and powder 6. U need to boil water and pour 7. No pressure extraction so u won't get full flavour aroma and aftertaste
