why is nadi shodhana easier for me than regular breathing ?
@nisargved6723 Жыл бұрын
Namaste. That could be because it is done in a slow, conscious way that promotes wellbeing and a good feeling internally. Nevertheless, excess of a particular pranayama may not be advisable. You may practise a few rounds daily as per your comfort. Rest of the time it is advised to breathe normally and naturally. Hope this helps, thank you.

One or the other of my nostrils is always blocked so very difficult to practice this. How can I clear my nostrils?
@dr.vishnuudhan3 жыл бұрын
Blocked nostril indicate the physiological arousal or stress in body. Before begin the pranayama practice, one must practice asanas and natural as well as yogic breathing to be in a poised state. Once stress level is normlized, active state of mind and body setteled down to normal then you will observe that both the nostrils are equally open. There after one can practice this pranayama, or any other pranayama. Thanks. I hope this clears your doubt.
@nisargved51443 жыл бұрын
Hi, it is not uncommon to have a blocked nostril when you start alternate nostril breathing. Becoming aware of this is the first step. Continuous practice will help balance this breathing. It may help you to do kapalabhati pranayama or Jala neti kriya before Nadi Shodhana to help balance the breathing or a few rounds of Surya Namaskar to open both the nostrils. Hope this helps!

Why everyone told different methods of nadi shodhan??? I m very confused
