Yea he’s not putting the right feed in or he doing something wrong, I did ace on my 1st attempt, I didn’t use a tent , go my mate to show me the feed an he taught me , but I got caught about 10 years ago someone tried robbing me but I came back to it because I had a gut feeling as soon as I got out of taxi a kid smashed and jumped out of my front window, I just thought Fuck sake an waited for police, I said I just been burglarised , but they could smell it an they was cannabis leaves all the way down road, they got caught with it , an i said it’s all upstairs, don’t get electrocuted on my switchboard , they said cheers , it was 2 weeks off finish , I was depressed for about a year after, the police pulled the power cable out for me so I didn’t get done for stealing electricity, it went to crown court, I told the judge I used to be on heroin an it keeps me off it , and the prosecution said well, someone so made this much money and he told them to sit down and shut up I don’t care he said I will go far in life an am not taking his freedom away from him but if you ever stand in front of me again for growing cannabis I will have no other Option but to send you to prison , I got probation an Community hours ,for 12 big healthily plants, it was stinky stuff I had the carbon filter extracted up through the chimney pot

If the guy with previous and a grow in his house hadn't been driving with a trace of cannabis in his car, he may well not have had his house searched. Regarding other stories with tip-offs, at the low level, there are *so* many people who could be providing information - low-level informants, disgruntled purchasers, rival dealers, disapproving family or friends of users, neighbours who don't like the dealer and/or what they are doing. Even ignoring the fact that there a lot more transactions and a lot more people the lower down the pyramid you get, I guess it's rather harder the higher up the pyramid things are. While I think I share your sentiments about who I'd really like to see getting nicked, the people dealing in harder stuff and who are higher up the chain have more to lose if they get caught, and are probably being more careful, as well as being more isolated from the multitude of end users and interested spectators. Someone who either wasn't reasonably intelligent and careful, and/or who didn't make other people extremely wary of crossing them would maybe not rise to the level of doing the multi-million deals in the first place. The people with more money also seem rather less likely to be driving around with no licence, MOT, or insurance. Finally, even if busts *were* happening in proportion to the frequency of transactions (so vastly fewer when it comes to big higher-level deals), I'm guessing that there would be less enthusiasm on the part of authorities to have the process around how someone got caught laid out on TV. "If you have any criminal drug history, you really shouldn't be driving with any drugs in a car that can be linked to you, especially if you shouldn't be driving in the first place" seems like a message that the police actively want to be out there, as everyone complying would be an inconvenience for business. When it comes to more serious stuff, "*This* is how we caught this high-level gang importing a container of cocaine" may be a trade secret that authorities are somewhat less eager to broadcast.
