Great content again! And yes, please do for Romanians as well! Does it look bad or is it wrong to do deadlift/sumo/hip thrusts with fixed weight barbell? I feel intimidated to use the bars at the gym... Can you also do a video on progressive overload?

wenymasterk Yes, just added one for RDLs on my calendar! ☺️ Nope, using preweighted barbells can be a great transition into using a regular barbell! 🙌🏼 Check out my “Fitness Lingo” video here on KZbin-I go over progressive overload there. 💕

@@carlisolicito4870 thanks! Yeah, I tried with the regular bar and... omg it’s so heavy! I had to do with no weights and was so embarrassed to have even tried to do with it... the next day I see a girl doing with fixed weighted barbell so realized it’s fine! Girl, I so respect girls who can do with the regular barbel (and puts on some crazy weights!). I’ll get you there sometime!

Great video! :) In order to help with deadlift too, it's also really important to recognise the basic form of the movement which is the hip hinge, if you practice this - deadlift will become a lot easier. Get your hips strong and your deadlift will be a lot better so you'll put less strain on your back :)

Kesnearsha Dorvilier Omg, front squats are my weakness! Lbvs. 😆 If there ever comes a day that I conquer them, I’ll be sure to make a video! In the meantime, I’m afraid I just don’t know enough about them to make a video yet! But yes, they are a great exercise! 🙌🏼

I am a beginner and I don't know how to deadlift with smaller weights with the bar being lower? Could you show us how to do it? Thanks for all your very interesting videos :-)

mariesara TYSM 🙏🏼 Honestly, it’s just the same as doing it with regular sized plates! 🙌🏼 You can also add something under the plates (ie: stacking plates & laying them flat on the ground on top of each other) to help give you a higher starting point as well! ☺️
