Thank you so much for sharing your recipes on you tube with us. Your recipes are easy to follow, use fresh ingredients & you teach them very well. I am live in Stirling Scotland and am unable to find good Chinese / Malaysian food. I no longer feel deprived because I have picked up lots of recipes from your videos. Thank again!!

You have same taste with me! I don't like fried peanuts too with my nasi lemak! If I cook nasi lemak, I rarely do the fried peanuts unless my family members love it, and they do! Haha!

Its similiar with nasi uduk from indonesia, only subtitute ginger with smash garlic

Nasi uduk they steam the rice and use Indonesia bay leaves and no pandan leaves. Nasi lemak we do not steam rice and we do not use Indonesian bay leaves, only pandan leaves. So aroma will never be same between uduk and lemak.

Is this rice cooker good to use?Does the inside cooking pot comes with coating and we can't use standard steel material to take out rice?

@@CookingAhPa - My friend gonna give it a go this weekend. The trick now to reduce the saltiness from the Sambal and add sugar. The taste profile going to be different and interesting.
