A soft and moist Vanilla Cake recipe with the best Vanilla Buttercream Frosting! This is the perfect birthday cake!

I made this cake a few weeks ago and wow wow wow, was it AMAZING!!!!. Thank you so much Natasha for this great recipe. When you make a simple cake, the taste must be the standout. This cake did not disappoint. I’m gluten free and I’ve always had a problem with gluten free APF having an odd texture when using just baking powder, so I was skeptical about making this cake. I can only say that this will be my go to for vanilla cake from now on. And the buttercream was perfect. It’s hot where I live, 110+ degrees in the summer, so breaking is a problem.....not this time. Hello@@sufiamulla you can make a buttermilk by combining milk and vinegar or lemon juice. 1 cup milk and 1 tbsp vinegar makes 1 cup of buttermilk. Mix them both and set aside for 5 mins. Hope that helps 😊

I tried this recipe yesterday 16th april 2024 and thumbs up its mosit and nice.... I did a few changes i added nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon juice, instead of putt the 4tsp of vanilla essence i put to tsp of vanilla essence and 2tsp of almond aessence also i didn't use to 9 inch pans i only use 1 pan which was a 8inch...so if theres any one looking for a moist cake this recipe is a must... Finally got a good recipe
