I baked this cake today (quantity for 8 slices) and it turned out to be so delicious!! So soft that it almost broke while lifting up lol. I did not have light olive oil so I replaced it with vegetable oil. Also I realized it is an "Eggless" cake!! So it is wonderful for people who are vegetarians.

I tried this today on my birthday but i used swiss meringue buttercream frosting, because cream cheese are expensive here in our country, the chocolate cake base is so really delicious, i didn't expect that it will be turn well because it has no eggs, and also its so dense and moist, really recommend to try this one

I was in desperate need of a chocolate dessert, and I ran across this recipe. I was skeptical because most chocolate cake recipes I've seen are so intricate and use lots of ingredients. I made this cake so fast I was almost sure it would be disappointing. I am pleased to say that I could not be more wrong. So moist, so chocolatey, and so delicious! I made frosting but I don't even need it, It actually tastes better without it. This will be my go to chocolate cake recipe from now on.

I love this cake. I would totally recommend it. It was airy and delicious. However, if you don’t like things to sweet like me, I would recommend using less sugar in the frosting. Overall, this is the best cake ever!

I did the frosting for another recipe before and I used like 3 cups for the frosting but it was so sweet we had to throw it away (I used granulated sugar for that one and maybe it played as a factor in the sweetness, but this is a whole kilogram of sugar tho, powdered or not, isn't it too much?)

I made this cake and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! So moist and super duper easy. Made it in like 30 minutes. Its not too sweet and the frosting is amazing!!!!! You should definitely try this recipe. My sister who hates chocolate cake tried it and said this is the only chocolate cake she LOVES and will ever eat. Oh Natasha, I made this cake last evening and it was incredible. Everyone loved it with their cuppa tea and coffee. I halved the recipe, reduced sugar in the frosting by 1/4 cup for my diabetic family members. Also, your fattoush recipe is a staple in our house.

i just made this and my brothers loved it! they said it tastes just like the ones in shops😇😂 however i had to use readymade buttercream from the grocery shop because icing sugar was sold out everywhere 😩 but regardless the cake came out really soft!
