Good day. I just bought myself as a birthday present for my 58th a punching bag and I love the gloves. I just thought it would be good to follow someone to get into the rhythm of this once I figure out how to hang the bag and what to stuff it with. In any case do you have one that's like a combo with the punching and kicking I'm a little girl so this is all kind of new to me but I definitely need to work on aggression cardio and muscle building and fat burning❤❤

amazing workout, been doing it for 6 sessions now. i have been feeling im adjusting to it and my body is rising up to the challenge. Peak heartrate and breathing issues are moving away but now I have a bit of shoulder pain. How do we make sure if something is workout pain or injury?
@NateBowerfitness2 жыл бұрын
Great question. Joint pain is different than muscle pain. General muscle soreness typically lasts between 24 and 48 hrs. If it last longer than that or the “same discomfort” reoccurs after the same workout you might want to rest or assess further.

Hey Nate! Thank you for your workouts, left my boxing club long ago and recently got a bag. I really like the style of your workouts. I just have the issue of my bag swinging a lot. Especially with L-R-hooks I need to throw a straight in the middle to stabilize it again. Any tips? I'm more used to training with an actual partner. Bag is a 20kg half bag.
@sienadelatorre58963 жыл бұрын
I’m having the same issue too, I throw the L-R hooks a bit faster to stabilize the bag so it’s not swinging all over the place.

My left shoulder is killing me. I may need help focusing on how to throw left hooks properly - especially when in between combinations. I do not feel I get even leverage from my hips to really put power behind it. I watch some of the best heavy punchers like Tyson and they are able to really put out massive power with a left hook i.e 1-2-3B-DR-21 my 3B does not have a lot of power. also I cannot seem to feel comfortable with quick left hooks - i don't feel like it is landing right or my hand is oriented correctly to have a full impact. Am i overthinking it? Any tips you can share cover in one of your videos?

Can anyone tell me how many calories it burns I know it differs but just to know 😁
@willwiegand32993 жыл бұрын
That's a loaded question....but simply put. You need to know your average heart rate, and your weight. My Whoop strap says my average for 2 back to back bower heavy bag sessions are, average duration 49 minutes, average HR 160, average cal burn 776. I'm 5'10" 191lb.
@amarh1113 жыл бұрын
As Will says it's very personal to you. Your weight, your heart rate, fat% etc. Personally mine is about (estimated) 250cal burned during a 20 min circuit, 300-350 in a 30 mins video. The heavier you are, the more you'll burn. The higher the heart rate, the more you'll burn. Either way, if you apply yourself well to these, and eat right you'll be on your way to leanness in no time
