These 30 minute boxing session include boxing heavy bag movements, boxing combination ideal for the heavy bag, boxing footwork, boxing power punches and tempo changes. Ill coach you through the entire session to help you perfect your boxing techniques using the heavy bag. All you have to do is watch and listen to the instructions and rip boxing combos into the bag. Its one of six 30 minute Heavy bag sessions perfect for all levels. Each session will be tougher and more informative than the last.
