Of all your 20 min workouts, this is the toughest for me so far. Great workout today. Now it's been 2 months of doing ur workouts 4 to 5 days a week. Lovin it.

Did this one yesterday at the firehouse.. you squeezed in a few extra minutes on us at the end Nate.. I was wiped out! We do it out in the bay where we keep the trucks, heat index was 101 degrees yesterday here in South Florida, so we had a good sweat going..better than hot yoga is hot heavy bag ..Keep the videos coming brother.

Love the workouts. Has really help me with stress control and confidence. Back in January I was looking for a jump rope routine and found your channel. Bought wraps and gloves and haven’t stopped. I recommend buying wraps and gloves because I tried hitting the bag with no gloves and I tore my hands up. Took couple of weeks to heal. Love your channel keep it up.

Big fan of your heavy bag workouts Nate but I did find this one difficult. Not so much keeping up with it and my stamina but trying to get my head round some of the combos. They were quite confusing at times. For the longer combos I prefer if you give us a few numbers followed by 6 or so punches of our choice, or freestyle. Love the vids though, keep us the good work. You are improving the fitness of many people worldwide, me included.

First time to do this one was today, toughest of the 20 min heavy bag workouts. Round 3 was a ragged for me, , as I was tiring (I do an hour of elliptical machine before the 20 min HB workouts...I may need to reconsider doing that from now on lol) and having to focus on getting the combo(s) right made it quite a challenge (it’s an awkward combo and I’ll admit I had a few choice words for you, Nate). But I realized that’s why you put this last instead of earlier in the workout...it’s about building that mental focus and toughness when your fatigued. I’ll be taking some shadow boxing time to get the combo(s) down for the next time I work this session. Thanks Nate.
