Daniel Lara I believe one is a jab . 3 is straight punch with the opposite hand and 3 is a hook with same hand you jab with.

They are alternating lead hand odd, rear hand even, 1 and 2 are straight 3 and 4 are hooks 5 and 6 are uppercuts So 1-2 SR 2 is actually jab-cross SR cross and 3 2 3 is lead hook, cross, lead hook

The only problem I have with this kind of mitt work is that the slip does not simulate a real target. I hate how the slip is purposely aimed away from the head. Please throw the slip right down the pipe and force the boxer to actually slip it even if you have to compromise on speed at first. The #1 goal of any mitt work should be to simulate a real fight. Great cardio work though

@@NateBowerfitness Its a good video but there no quick backwards movement while punching and pushing with the front foot going backwards in retreat .offence /deffence........ Also the art of turning one apponant while trapped in a corner .....great video top fellow

U can slow down the video speed to watch the combo (he should have showed the example slowly but eh whatever) still a good workout
