Hey nate I have been doing your workouts for a while now and your workouts are awesome but I hope you bring workouts with just bodyweight because I can't afford a heavy bag or any other equipment I have done your bodyweight workouts they are awesome and I hope you come up with more bodyweight workouts cheers

Not one of your better sessions. Way to much freestyle and not enough actual instruction. You’ve set such a high bar, its a bummer when you give less drills and training in your class.
