Welcome to your 20 min Pilates Workout for your abs and core! This pilates session is a great way to tone your abs, core and waistline! Keep your core engaged the entire time throughout this pilates workout and think about drawing the navel in.
I will slowly walk you through the different exercises and guide you through the pilates practice. If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Your breath is always your anchor. Find synchronicity in your movement and breath. Don't push yourself and always listen to your body!
