Thank you for this workout! Although I do feel a bit of pain on my hip when we do the exercise on our sides, I keep trying to not skip anything. The feeling afterwards is unique :)

I'm happy you liked it Sofia😊💛 I know thats it's great to push through an workout, but if you feel pain you can of course modify a pose or skip it! I know that you know your body best, but it's still good to be careful✨ but I'm really happy that you feel great afterwards 💛💛💛

That was a nice and quite intense short one for a running late day :) Thanks Nathalie. I keep struggling with the side kneeling part bringing the other leg to the front ans back ;(

Happy you enjoyed this one, even though it's quite a short one for you 😅 if you want to progress in the side kneeling exercises I suggest you work with resistance bands (doing movements like hip abduction, fire hydrants, etc) which can help you strengthen especially your side glutes, meaning gluteus minimus & medius, which play a big role here🤗 or you do the side kneeling movement not on your knee, but laying down on your hip - f.e. the hot potatoe exercise is great one for it as well 💛
