Same for me. The count-down is interesting for intensive training, but it's nicer to see you and hear you all along. But thanks for trying something different.

Waoooo !!!! tell me about intensity !!!!First I skipped this one as I saw there is no sound. Then today I came across it again so decided to give it a try. I still have to catch my breath. The length of each exercise make you really feel the burn !!!!!!! Thanks Nathalie. Do you think you could add an introduction to each exercise just in case we cannot have our eyes looking at the screen ;) ?

1. Excellent 👌 Pilates flows executed in a HIIT session was very effective and sweating 😅. 2. Excellent video editorial work (big well defined Lettering for followers wearing glasses and excellent lighting wrapped with nice music) Thank you Nathalie 👌👍👏😊😅

My arms are always hurting in pilates, because of the plank positions right after the others 😅 50 sec was for me too long in swimmers
