Welcome to your 20-minute Yoga Flow For Hypothyroidism. This practice is for everyone that is dealing with an underactive thyroid, as we are going to stimulate this area and release stress at the same time.
As a certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach I offer 1:1 coaching services for everyone that is dealing with thyroid imbalances and I will show you ways on how you can treat your issues holistically - In the past I was dealing with hashimoto thyreoiditis and an underactive thyroid and eventually found ways to heal myself naturally.

Can it be done for hyperthyroid as well? I find it really soothing how you mention that our gland is working for us and not against us ❤❤

Thank you so much. I’ve been so overwhelmed with thyroid issues in and out of hospital because how long California coverage takes to have appointment. I’ve needed this and can’t tell you how great I am for this video. I never thought yoga would have such great affect on such a serious disease but I realize that was my ignorance. Can’t do all the poses but my neck pain and afib are gone. ❤

Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. Would you consider releasing it another version without the music? I need quiet when I practice so I can go into a meditative state and stay fully connected with my body. Your calming voice and guidance is perfect.
