This is a great practice. Thank you. I really like your energy. One suggestion would be to slow it down so we can hold the poses longer. It moves a bit fast from one pose to the next. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share this practice .

Hi Akshaya. I would like to take a moment to thank you. I had thyroid and pcod which has almost crossed limits. Now i can say with this yoga my thyroid and pcod has come to normal. I did this for continous 3 months.. started from January to April mid. And i could see the change. Now i really wanna lose weight. Could you please suggest which to opt. (Note am taking hormones tablet for regularise periods after docs suggestion)

But I started strict diet by restricted all the processed food and fast food only homemade dishes and one bowl of fruits and one glass boil drink of ginger and cinnamon...and I swear I got my periods within 20 day ...after long period of two and half month....

I Akshaya i am your new subscriber today i just saw your video on KZbin... I have thyroid issue My Tsh is actually 7 and i gained so much weight and now from the last 2 years i saw a problem in my periods... Blood flow is low actually and i visit to the doctor and she prescribed for thyron then i take it for 3 months but this is for life so i just stopped it and now i am in trouble because in this month my periods are not coming and i am actually worried about it... Please recommend me a diet plan and also some yog asanas which helps me 😢😢...
