Gotta love xDrive. It's the only AWD system that allows you to have fun. Quattro is good, but it's not rear bias. MB 4matic sucks. Acura and VW is front bias. Lexus awd system sucks, their 4x4 system is good though. Infiniti has a similar system with rear bias. Subaru is very good too, but lacks sportiness unless it's a WRX/STI. Domestic cars AWD system is complete front bias garbage.

1) We only saw 2 cars out in the country in the first 10 minutes and this is not even rural Wisconsin (AKA "Up North"). 2) Note: unlike chases in other states, people in WI actually pull the f over. 3) If it was actually the "middle of winter", there wouldn't be much driving through fields in that cop car as the snow would be too deep.

It is rural farmland in Fond du lac county which is just south of Oshkosh. Also, this could be any time between October and May. We don’t always have massive amounts of snow covering the ground. It would be easy to drive in the fields as long as the ground is frozen. Bumpy as HELL and super damaging to your car but definitely doable.

Did a year in prison at first, then got out, violated probation, dipped but they found me 700 miles away then did 2 more years in the state i was wanted in. If you're wondering if just 700 miles away then how did you go through 9 states. Let's just say the took the scenic route and the very back roads of rural areas.

They kept getting "lost"(on purpose) in the mountains of west Virginia. When they got us fast food, they would put a ton of salt on the food so we would be dying of thirst. Didn't provide water, only a small soda 2x a day when we stopped to get food. Shackled the whole time, together! Legs went numb, had intense pain, and couldn't sleep entire time. Plus van was full of blacks and they are annoying as fuck.

Yeah those were really great systems. They’re rare to find in Florida cause they’re not needed and not many wanted to pay the extra money for it. I believe it was upwards of 5 grand for the x drive, and it made the car slower than it already was. At least it wasn’t available on cars less than 3.0 of displacement. thank god lol.

How often do you think that cop got to practice pit maneuvers? Once? Maybe never? At 10:50 he had a good opportunity but he hit the X5 too shallow and didn’t apply enough throttle or steering angle. The X5 has much wider tires (especially in the rear) and a huge mass advantages. Can’t half-ass it like that and win. The officer most likely never got to actually practice, and real life isn’t a video game.

In my younger days, I eluded the police frequently. There was no reason for this, other than for the fun of it. I always had an escape route with options for further opportunities to terminate the chase. I was never caught...... Basically, a chase that lasts longer than a few minutes is a losing proposition. You can out-power the cop car and you can outperform the other driver, but you will NEVER outrun the radio. I got older and lost interest in street racing....... I am VERY happy that no one was injured by my antics....... But....remember that this was long ago and police had a different mindset......They knew when shit was real and when some guy was just dicking around........Now, this would be a ticket to prison....Or the morgue.

Zaltic - Arkansas Troopers have RWD Chargers that PIT the SCHMITT out of people. Only AWD Chargers are the 6 cylinder. All situations are possible, but this dude running through so many snow covered fields is rare. Cop definitely missed the pit maneuver... All the examples I've seen, the cops were further forward on the fleeing vehicle.

I love LE but they should have been more aggressive. When he got to the populated areas, especially the schools, it was SO dangerous. I think there should have been a head-on by that second cruiser out in the country, frankly. Like that lady LEO who did it to that very dangerous guy on the freeway, I forget where. Had she not, many people felt innocent people would have died.

What probably happened was there were NO other law enforcement nearby. So he had no choice but to keep chasing and give information on where the vehicle was going.

midwest areas are less populated which you could bet means even less police so additional units to make the chase easy didn’t look like an option and going for a PIT in a dense area at high speed is a recipe for disaster
