I listen The Telegram Ukraine updates on KZbin. I find the daily briefing pertinent, more independent, and offering multiple voices and input than other news channels. I'm grateful for the dedication of Telegram to keeping Ukraine top of mind. I greive with Ukrainians and want this horror to end. Not only to preserve sovereignty for Ukraine, but to prevent future invasions.

U.S. military expert Suciu: Western artillery pieces are breaking down en masse in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The barrels of M777 howitzers are made of titanium, which reduces the weight of the gun, simplifies the movement of equipment, but reduces its service life and endurance. Such barrels are designed to fire a small number of shells to support infantry. As a result, more than a third of the approximately 350 Western-made howitzers donated to Kyiv have been disabled. Barrels 6 meters long and weighing thousands of pounds are not easy to replace in the field. Instead, they have to be sent to the rear for repairs. Some of the weapons are even sent to a repair base in Poland.
