This is exactly HOW you get beat. The Knicks really thought they were going to win that year, they just didn't know HOW to win, they knew HOW to lose and beat themselves but they kept the winners on the bench like Mason, Rolando Blakman, and got rid of key guys like Mark Jackson and Gerald Wilkins along with Xavier McDaniel -- keep that team together they easily beat the Bulls in '93 .... You see Chicago didn't just get rid of guys, they kept building after 1988, 1989, and 1990 but even into '93 you see Darrell Walker, Trent Tucker, and had key contributions from Stacey King, even though they lost Cliff Levingston and upon even Jordan retiring, you see Jerry Krause picked up Pete Myers, Luc Longley, Steve Kerr and then they had Ron Harper, so you have to build around your core and Chicago did that well, even with having Jordan but what did the Knicks do when they finally had a team with Ewing? No Mark Jackson, Gerald Wilkins, Xavier McDaniel ... just those 3 guys at that time would make any team a championship contender. Something else. Pippen came up big in games 5-6 and played really solid in game 3 holding things down well and just the 1992-93 Bulls were the most settled and mature among the first 3 title teams.

Real crowd noise is captivating. Fake crowd noise is what you here in todays game.

This was probably the last great Bulls-Knicks playoff series. Sure, their series 1994 was a thriller even w/o MJ, but the Knicks had no chance in 1996, not like in 1992 and 1993.

97 ECF woulda been a classic

Judging by how the Bulls almost swept the Heat in 97 ECF, which was a Knicks clone, don't see how the Knicks would beat Chicago.. unless Ewing would turn into Dirk 2011 with going unstoppable, which wasn't gonna happen with Pats knees.. Also the NBA wasnt interested in the Knicks beating MJ in the playoffs at all. Crucial call against the Knicks was bound to happen if it reached game 6 or 7.@@Classicbasketballdvds

What a battle man. My guy MDBBall never disappoints 💪 🏀 Maybe some uploads of dream team 92? Perhaps 94 or 96 USA? They talking about today’s dream team way better… barely beating teams 😂
