I noticed how every time an obstacle would come up in life it seemed the end of the world. I also noticed that when it wasn’t the end of the world I would feel the deepest of gratitude upon making it to the other side. It’s taken me 56 years to figure out that if I know I’ll be grateful afterwards I should just be grateful in advance, the moment an obstacle appears. Amazing how much less stress I experience and how quickly I reach the other side.

Wow! Wonderful explanation with so many examples and in depth building one on the other. So, very hard to implement, but really breaks it down to where I can see how I think. Thanks!🙏🏻❤️

Thank you for talking about being grateful for the giver. I remember telling my Dad, "Thank you for loving my Mother." He was really surprised. One time a man told me and my sister that he had 30 million dollars in the bank. He helped my sister with her problem, and then turned to me, and asked me what I wanted. I wanted a hug. I wanted his friendship. I wanted a connection with him.
