Hey guys! My name is Emily Thorne. I'm a personal trainer/dance instructor/caffeine addict/pug mom from downtown Toronto.
For those of you who take my Pop Zumba class here is the infamous arm song that requires ZERO weights! Can you get through the whole song without dropping your arms?

Okay I have to say I am SO proud I've been doing this video about every other day for three weeks and today was the first time I did the whole thing without ever dropping my arms!

Was like "oh its only a few minutes, no big deal" SO WRONG! the burn is intense and my arms did not stay up the whole time! Ha love you videos!

Honestly this workout has helped to shrink my bat wings so quickly. I do this twice a week. And its really showing!! Thanks Emily 💝

Came from your Disney Hiit dance workout - seriously one of the best dance style workouts I’ve seen... so many just do the moves super fast without taking time to show you what to expect (kind of feels like your just going to fail from beginning) but yours is just the opposite - thanks so much!

I love these one song workouts! I'm obsessed with your HIIT workouts but these are great for when you don't have much time or at the end of a longer workout. Would love to see more like this!

Emily! I love this video! it's literally the only arm workout I vibe with+have been consistently doing AND enjoying. please do more like these! simple repetitive motions that really hit every beat, making you want to keep your arms up even though they're burning 🤩🤩

I came from the disney workout video, but i love the videos you have up!! Your style of workout is the best ive ever come across! You get a good workout and its actually fun! You also just have a very positive/encouraging attitude. Love it!

I didn't think I could do this without dropping my arms, but I did it! Now the goal is to be able to make it without being in excruciating pain 😂 (good pain, dw - hope it helps my bat wings!)

this workout also fits super well with If I Can't Have You by Shawn Mendes!!! altho his song is a bit shorter so I did away with the arm circling, but I still felt the same burn 🔥 this is for anyone who's followed this video so many times and is looking to spice up the song choices while sticking to the movements cause they're just so damn effective 💪 I'll be trying out more songs and seeing what else fits well, I'll reply to this comment with them for whoever needs them.

Having LOVED the Disney HIIT video, I've decided I'm going to do one emkfit session a day until I've completed every single video. Was super excited that the Day One was so short... after all, I haven't been as active during Lockdown. Fast forward 4 minutes and 2 dead arms later, I am done! This is a brilliant (but brutal) arm workout. I recorded the time when my arms dropped (confession: didn't make it the whole way through but picked it up a few seconds later). Hopefully I can better that next time! Can't wait to try out all of the other videos!

Okay I did not expect my arms to be in this bad condition xD I have successfully done other arm workouts before, and maybe it had something to do with the workouts I did before this one, but my left arm literally just stopped working. I was like, 2/3 through the video and my fingers twisted weirdly, and the next time I tried to lift my arm up, my elbow just said no thanks and flopped down xDD Clearly a sign I should be doing this more often, and now I definitely will xD
