Both of these are options as cell plans can offer modems that go on your plan like the Nighthawk M1. Otherwise, you'll need a modem such as the CM500 for a basic connection from a standard internet provider in your neighborhood such as Cox, Spectrum, Xfinity, ATT, and the likes. Hope this helps.
