These exercises were the most helpful in getting me to improve my balance. I did it exactly as was described in the video. It took 3 months to gradually increase my balance to step over an Object but doing it 3 times a day helped me greatly. I did it daily but I didn't do it so much to tire myself. JUST COMMIT YOURSELF TO DO IT DAILY AND YOU WILL GET THERE.

I was scheduled to have right knee replacement, but I fell due an episode from my ataxia.I couldn't balance at all, my eyes couldn't focus, and I was so dizzy. It is very difficult, and I'm so upset because I can't do anything right now. I'm praying that once I get over this, maybe I'll have a chance to practice these exercises. Thank you for these.

I'm in the same boat as you. My episodic ataxia isn't as bad as it used to be but that's because nobody in my family knew what I had. Took 10 years to finally get diagnosed with ataxia and honestly, it took over a majority of my child hood. It is just the worst thing😢

Too bad the subject didn't have Ataxia. If they did the feet would be at least two feet apart. As a progressive Ataxia person, tested by MRI, it is sad so many people put out junk.
