New airline pilot flying touch and go's with an empty Boeing 737 airliner in France!

Almoste 2 years ago in september, I've flown my first ever Boeing 737 airliner (without passengers) during circuit training. This was one of the best days of my live:). This was the highlight of working hard 3 years long in obtaining my pilot licence and type rating. Thanks to the good coaching from my instructors I learned alot that day and flown my first airliner!
For those who don't know. The last step in obtaining your type qualification (type rating), you need to perform a series of touch and go's with different flap settings (30 and 40 in case of the Boeing 737), a GO AROUND and a full stop landing. A Touch and go is a landing in which the wheels touch and we takeoff after that again. This is for training purpose.
NOTE: The video was filmed from the jumpseat by another candidate who had no active flight duties while I was under the supervision of not 1 but 2 line training & landing training captains.

What is making that sound when he took off?

The sound you hear, are the scrubbers which make sure the nose wheel stops turning. It has no brakes on it.
