Honestly, I don’t understand, even though I’ve been advertising for years. If I have, for example, 10 ad sets, and I set the frequency EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, doesn’t it happen that on Day 1, it shows all 10 ads and then nothing for the remaining 4 days? Since the frequency is set at the ad set level and these are separate ad sets, I assume it doesn’t distribute them evenly. Or did I miss something somewhere? Do I need to enable some Advantage feature or anything else? Thanks!

When people saw your ad the first time, most won’t have watched the whole thing or paid much attention to it. Most won’t have even heard your offer. Getting past the ‘I’ve seen it before filter’ gives you a greater chance they will. Plus there’s just timing. People are more or less interested in things over time.

Maybe in that case, try to add unique selling points to attract customers and trigger checkout button, assess the pricing maybe its too expensive or what, Optimize your remarketing strat like adding some "Limited time discount or free shipping, Use Deeper Targeting, maybe those audience you targeted is the problem , and also try to include testimonials on your ad like having a golden nugget review in each of it or about your product.

We have some winning ads that have started to slow down, but they have hundreds of amazing comments (mostly from existing customers) saying how much they love the products etc. Whenever you change the images or videos, you lose the comments...?

You can't I'm afraid. The new versions will have to start fresh on the social proof front. At some stage though the freshness of the new ad becomes more valuable than the social proof on the old version.

Awesome :) Over time you will see more sales in store if your ads do a good job. You should also have people telling you they see your ads all the time. That's a good early indicator.

We had a high performance AD and then followed Metas recommendation to scale the budget and it reset the AD and CPR when up 😢! Why does this happen?

That is to be expected I'm afraid. The more you spend the more your CPR will increase.

I'm surprised no one has asked. How is it that the complete registrations are only $.40-$.80? Are you running engagement campaign optimizing the adset conversion for complete registrations? Why not do this instead of leads? Does quality get affected? For context, I generate leads for a company that digs ponds in Michigan.

Good question, that campaign is for webinar registrations so the ask is fairly small. Plus a lot of the people being advertised to are already followers of mine. I wouldn't expect the lead cost to be anything like that for the service you offer, particularly when advertising to cold audiences.

Thanks a lot :) We base our fees on ad spend. We have a minimum and then it is tiered based on what the client spends on ads. That way our fee is tied to performance as clients will only scale if we are getting them great results.
