We loved CLE level 4 math and LA! It was our first year using CLE and it was a huge success. We just finished our school year and will continue with it for next year.

I got some of the CLE this weekend at a convention I was so drawn to it for the same reasons! I did see the math looks like so much more ahead than masterbooks we’ve been using. I got the Language for 5th level and the reading for 5th and one of the light books in math just to try out!

I know this video is older but we are on our first year of homeschooling my 2nd grader and 6th grader. I have been binge watching your videos LOL. I have been super discouraged because we went with BJU because it was all in one but the work load is intense. With CLE, do you feel its more manageable than like an abeka or bju all in one deal? I was looking at some masterbooks subjects too to maybe mix and match next year 😅

CLE math has been a game changer for my upcoming 3rd grader! I tried everything (literally 😞) but I’m so glad I came across your channel and tried CLE. 🎉 But you are right about it being advanced. My upcoming 2nd grader really struggles with math. We are going to try the first level of Math U See with her, just to work on those foundations, then hopefully we can jump back into level 1 of CLE.

Yes! I'm so excited about this because I literally just received my CLE box of goodies today. I really appreciate you for briefly explaining the different levels and subjects. For example, I bought the Kindergarten 2 for my *rising* kindergarter thinking that he knows all the stuff in the first level. But when you mentioned dictation, listening skills, etc, now I'm thinking I should just get the Kindergarten 1 to solidify those skills. Also, my oldest is a *rising* 1st grader, but I'd still be interested in seeing what's inside the level 4 Math of CLE. Thanks!

Hi Wendy 🙂 I received my CLE order today. Like you, I'm excited to start the Kindergarten 1 with my 5yr old. We have been through a few different curriculums for him this yr. Praying this is the one. I also got the rod & staff set as well to do with my 4 yr old who has down syndrome and non verbal. Thank you for another great video ❤

Hi Wendy!! I’m loving the workbooks for the preschool/ kindergarten age. Sounds like the curriculum can be a mixture- some of Christian Lighting and some Abekka?

I'm really interested in the kinder 1! Our middle isn't quite ready for TGATB and it seems as though this is more gentle then the preschool level with that brand!

Have you done a DITL video on how to teach using multiple math curriculums? Did you use placement tests through the curriculum you chose or do you mean you hired an evaluator to test? (Was that evaluator your husband? 🙃)

I have not done a video like that but I don’t do much. I teach CLE daily. Teaching Textbooks teaches them and xtramath is less than 10mins and it’s just math fact drills. No I had them do a standardized test online.
