I think they should build off and from the rise of the beasts' movie. Use that as a prequel to restart the franchise. I think what they should do is have a rebooted series and franchise. We have a new gi joe movie, then the next movie is the movie is the team up.

If you remember, the deal for Spider-Man to be in Civil War was still happening DURING production. It would not surprise me if Peter Parker cameos in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Be it Tom Holland as Bombastic Bag-Man or a different actor. I think it's a perfect opportunity for a bunch of tiny cameos that solidify their world as a fully developed high tech 60s Marvel reality. I really want to see Kathryn Hahn in old lady makeup as Agatha.

Spider-Man learns "way of the spider" in shang chi 2 and in ff2 he becomes cosmic-spider. He can turn up in blade trying to save michael morbius. Have him in his classic silver & black armour in armor wars. Throw him in a punisher movie as man-spider, where kraven joins the hunt.
