Interesting note: Mirtazapine only became available on the PBS in Australia this month! That's probably one reason I never tried it before, would've been too expensive. Now with my concession card, I can get a pack for ~$7 which is pretty good... but only if it actually helps in the end! Also sorry again for the hum etc, I tried to fix it but I think I just made the sound weirder and worse lol.

I'm not taking any more mirtazapine lol I wrote an update later on the same day as this video: kzbin.infoUgkxlw7XmU_Ecx0aqzUbwsIbxseKAq0ji6uE and also talked to my psychiatrist today, will try to make an update soon. Yeah I saw the news about psilocybin but that doesn't come into effect until July, only approved psychiatrists can prescribe it, and all up it's going to be tightly controlled, particularly as there aren't any approved medicines containing it yet. For these sorts of reasons, I think people are getting too excited too early, I mean sure it's an important step, but not as big as people want to believe.

Do you mean the Japanese winter coat? It's called a hanten. It's not as popular as kimono even amongst Japanese but I really like them, we all have one at my place. If you ever go to Japan, please buy one so they'll keep making them! They're great ^_^ As for meds, I had a really rough time but I'm starting to do better now finally.

Yeah I didn't go anywhere other than taking my dog for a walk, and it's a good thing he was pulling me in the right direction coz I got a bit drowsy even walking x_x Sadly means I missed the gig I was gonna go to tonight though 🙄

how would you feel if i talked to my psychiatrist and brought you up as very relatable to how i am? ive brought up personality disorders with him when i first started seeing him and i felt he blew me off but im always struggling to care about myself and could have zoned out so cant say my memory of/or interpretation of how it went is acurate. also, when i was first put on my current antidepressant, i felt the same as i did when i smoked an oz of weed a fortnight, but that only lasted about a month or less although tbh i enjoyed it as i hadnt smoked or drank in a while at that point.

If it's helpful, go for it, my videos are public so it's no problem. I think mental health professionals have a bit of a bias to avoid the issue of personality disorders, especially anything that's not borderline. Some seem to worry about stigma, some are overly cautious with labels, others as I mentioned with this guy seem to think the categorisations are flawed or outdated, but I don't think they realise how valuable it can be to be able to put a name to what's going on for us. Like of course it's just a label, but labels can be useful and there should be that recognition of nuance instead of outright rejection. Being able to name my disorder has lead me to learn a lot about myself. It would be way harder for me to look up anything relevant if I didn't have the label to find it. So yeah I mean I dunno what exactly you're going through but if my videos are useful, go for it.
