To be honest I or many do not think your content is repetitive. I know you the one doing the cooking may feel that way but there is ALWAYS something new to take away. I would not have known about the flat fish, thank you for sharing the identifier! My Okinawan GM taught me to eat the fried fish fins and shrimp tails, delish!
