His production is good, but his mental is pretty weak. He lets all this fame get to his head and wants to be a celeb like his gf. If he had the work ethic of Kobe and really wanted to win he could do that easily, he has lots of talent but not the heart to be what he should. If he stays with the Lakers for next season he will really have to prove himself. I just want to be clear I dont think he is a bad player has all the tools to be great just doesn't work for it I feel. though last season he was injured so next season it'll be on him to prove everyone wrong.
