Erik is Swedish. He won the Swedish Idol as a young pop singer in 2009. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with leukemia in 2021 but still went on to join the American metal band Skid Row in 2022. He recently stepped down so he could pursue his health care and thankfully pursue a solo career too. Wish him the best! Thanks Nick!
