Forearms is such an after thought for many people....when I see someone with massive forearms it just makes their whole arm look massive....plus when you wearing a t-shirt the only part exposed is forearms....massive forearms shows power!

I had a bicep injury to my right bicep/forearm tendon. My last workout was 24th May.Its been 8 weeks.This week i will have my first workout.Legs is going to hurt so i'll keep it basic with less sets.Actually everything is going to hurt like hell since its a shock to the body.I'll probably add in things like reverse curls which i hate since i always swing on those,some wrist and forearm work. It sucks losing the hardness in the traps,shoulders,arms and legs.I think in roughly 3-4 months things will be freaky again in terms of strength.I find biceps is better with moderate weight to lighter and triceps i love doing really heavy like 3 and a half plates for close grip presses.

Take your time easing back into things. You’ll bounce back!

@@shaunclarida @shaunclarida Thank You.Its always brutal after a layoff. Id first need to see where my numbers are at and just get stronger each workout and each day.After 3-4 months things will be getting nasty.

You want more views? More views increases the value of your brand right? Start with thumbnails. The best KZbinrs take thumbnails as seriously as you take your prep diet. There’s a science to thumbnail execution. Hire an expert. Then, give the audience a pay off. After you bait me to click with your amazing thumbnail, give me a reason to stick around to the end. Sam Sulek has mastered this. His thumbnails are not great, but good enough. But his payoff is the pose down at the end of the video. You know what you’re getting exactly with every video. A car talk, a bonkers workout, and a pose down.

Why don't you apply these yourself? Advice in growing a channel from someone with 11 subs and no videos is laughable😂. It's like someone with no gains trying to tell someone else how to lift.
@extremelylucky999Ай бұрын
@@MR12AMAZING there’s a lot going on here. Humanity has devolved to a point where we’re not capable of figuring out “is this someone hating? Or is this constructive criticism?“. That’s kind of how I run my filter. Just automatically assume because someone gives constructive advice, that they are hating. Is weak. Next, you have no idea who I am. You have no idea how many channels I own. I could literally be MrBeast. Using a burner account. I’m not MrBeast using a burner account, but my point remains, you have no idea. And that’s another thing that’s wrong with humanity. the average person, like yourself, can only see surface level. You see the comment, you go look at my number of subs in the fact that I’ve never uploaded the video, and assume that I’m not qualified to speak on what I’m speaking. However, if you just took the time to actually study the KZbin game, you would literally sit there and check off every box and says yes. This is what all the top pros do. He’s absolutely right. suffice it to say, I have been managing KZbin channel since 2013. 11 years in the game. As a channel manager.
@extremelylucky999Ай бұрын
@@MR12AMAZING furthermore, I really know you don’t have a really high IQ, but take your best guess. Let’s say he went out there, and he hired MrBeast to be a consultant for him. What advice do you think MrBeast would give him? MrBeast literally has a multi million dollar studio set up to do nothing but create thumbnails. An entire thumbnail studio. Do you think MrBeast might possibly say hey “we need to get your thumbnail game up?” What advice with the goat give him? A goat that I was proud to have work for for four months of my life on a certain project.
@extremelylucky999Ай бұрын
@@MR12AMAZING let me ask you a question; is it possible to offer constructive criticism through the Internet, without it being perceived, as “h8”? Like, is that even possible? can someone very respectfully and with a lot of class offer constructive criticism without it being considered h8? Personally, I have found that any man who is not raised by another man, can never receive constructive criticism without falling apart. What’s been your experience?
