HEYOO GUYS!! I’m in the process of experimenting with my uploads. Since I just graduated from college, I decided to ask a few friends for their advice for someone like me. I’ll be uploading each of their interviews in the next few weeks. Hoping that their answers will help you guys out as much as they were helpful to me! 😄✨

I know you mean well, Nicole, but it would really mean a lot if you interview people that's in a different socio-economic background. Most of these people are chinese with already established families who doesn't need support, far from the typical filipino graduate. Most filipino graduates don't get the luxury of choosing a riskier path because they need to provide for their families. I just hope you would tale that into consideration and hope you would take this criticism constructively. More power!!

Yep this was my exact worry and I’m aware of this!! This was more of an impromptu video and I decided to film our conversations with these people because I was going to meet them naman talaga. I’m in the process of experimenting with my uploads and I’m going to keep this in mind for future interviews. Having privilege really plays a significant part in postgrad decisions, so definitely acknowledging what you pointed out. If I decide to continue this series / conduct future interviews, I’ll definitely make it a point to talk to people from various socio-economic backgrounds. Thank you so much for this feedback!! I’ll keep it in mind for future videos 😄

@@NicoleAlbaYT I'd also like to add that these people are still young. I'd rather hear from someone who is more seasoned and established (ages 30 up with more than five years experience). That paired with what @Iamunknown Period said would be a better content.

@@nickfurious Yeah for sure!! Daming opportunities pa to interview even more people from different backgrounds and age groups. I agree na it would be interesting to hear from more tenured individuals. I'll reach out to much older people next time!! Friends ko na kasi yung mga na-interview ko for this hehe. This content was experimental, but I'm leaning towards continuing it para I can invite more people. Baka nga better if podcast format. Thanks for the feedback din Nikko!! 😄

Yesssss!! Use yourself lang talaga a baseline for measuring progress!! You don't have control over other people so best to focus your energy on improving yourself kahit just 1% better everyday. Small progress is better than no progress 😤🍞✨

Grabeeeeee!!! I graduated in 2018 pero I'm having goosebumps while watching this like I have a pen with me pero wala ako masulat kasi lahat ng points nila totoo. Taking a break, Being very open, Fail as much as you can, You don't really know what you do, It is better to leave earlier. Hah! So happy for you Nicole. You got to listen to these people months after graduation. I wish I had known them too way way back. Good luck and God bless on your future endeavor.

While I agree to most answers, I think the COO guy and the banker lady made the most sense. But being in my mid-30's, a lot of phases in one's career path will be discovered soon, like thinking of leaving employment entirely and doing your own thing. I think that can be a great content, interviewing people who got so tired of employment that they ventured into businesses.

This surprisingly helped me! I just came across this video after pressuring myself with life goals and the need to be "someone" by now. And it really helped me to be back on my track and find what I really want to do. Btw, I'm a fresh grad as well and damn it's so pressuring LOL. Anyways, thank you so much for making this video ❣❣💯💯

I've been watching your videos since like last year ate and you have really inspired me with all of your contents. I still remember the very first video that I've watched from your channel, it was I think being financially independent, it helped open my mind on how big the world really is and like how there is still so much out there that I have to learn. Anyways being young as you've always said is a great asset so right now I am trying to learn as much as I can about anything that has to do with finance and self growth. To be honest my family is nowhere close to being rich but I think setting your mind into doing something or like opening up yourself with all the possibilities out there is a huge step already. I'm sooo happy that I stumbled upon your channel! Btw congrats ate and thank you so much for sharing contents like this.

I love how I see you grow ate. You're so inspiring to watch. Looking back, you always said you wanna get rich (I believe you still do) but now, it's not all about the money anymore but the skills and growth you wanted to pursue after graduating. I am on my 4th year and working on a thesis at this moment (had to take a break) so it's kinda nice to get a preview of what comes after graduation. As a fan eversince (one of your first 1k subs), I wanted to ask how you manage everything nung fourth year ka and also some tips to manage my money na rin since super mahal na ng mga bilihin and I think it's kinda unwise to invest RN dahil pababa ang nagiging value ng mga investments ko from crypto to gcash invest. Huhu
