Inspiring video! When smoking becomes part of your day-to-day life, it brings you shame, insecurities, and ROBS you of your confidence. Every time you look in the mirror and see your skin breakouts, your yellowing stained teeth, you’re reminded of the handcuffs you’re wearing that nobody else sees. When you’re on a date or you go in to kiss a loved one, you’re never enjoying the moment and always wondering if they’re noticing the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I hope this video inspires many guys to quit. Best of luck το anyone trying to quit!👋❤💪👍

I have been vaping and smoking cigarettes for the last 4 years. I've lately realized that it totally consumed me and made me completely weak. I always feel my life is boring without smoking. I am a programmer and I always have to fix bugs so its my fuel. I lost my appetite too. I have been following his channel, other channel videos and articles about how smoking kills us. So, I smoked my last cig last night and I decided to quit. Yes, I am doing cold turkey again since quitting slowly never worked for me. I finished the first 24 hours. To be honest, I feel crappy and hate my self for not driving to the gas station which is Infront of my house. I really take this as a challenge this time and I will quit. I have been suffering from headaches, muscle ache's, anxiety, stomach pain and cravings, crying's lol, insomnia, sweating and in a lot of pain which I can't even express without screaming loud. I've prepared a plan this time to quit. I am writing my symptoms, feelings and progress every day in my diary and journal. Every time I crave so bad, I look at the diary and feel proud of my self. Just two weeks I know I will be fine, more healthy and more proud. Everything in my body is starting to heal as I can feel it but cravings and withdrawals dominate that. This is the hardest thing I've ever faced in my life and probably for some of us too. It all started with a single cig for fun as an adult when I was in college. I've used it for every emotion in my life but not any more. I will cry for the next one week and bear the pain to lead a long life for myself, loved one's and be an example. We all can do it guys. Any one just quit? good luck to you all. BTW, thank you so much coach for all these awareness. God bless you.

Today is day one for me. I've been smoking for 8 years now and I'm starting to experience strong side effects such as breathing difficult, irregular sleeping cycle and mood changes, as well as lack of mental and body health. I hope I make it to cope with the cutting of the habit, because I smoke one pack a day. I want to stop, really do, but I feel like there's another person inside that decides when to smoke. I didn't join any support group because that's not even a thing here in Brazil. You can find groups of people trying to support each other, but we fail terribly on that. I feel like I'm losing myself but i can't do anything about it.

I am one of the few that ZYNS and NRTs have ruined my life. I am a former smoker and have quit nicotine completely several times in my life. I relapsed with cigarettes in 2018 and quit 6 months later using Nicorette and then Velo candies and now Zyns. Nicorette severely impacted my TMJ and I now have irreversible damage. Zyns have been the HARDEST nicotine product to quit. I use about one 3mg pack per day, give or take. I find them to be more addictive than cigarettes or vaping. When I try to limit them, I am unsuccessful. Quitting them even for a day sends me into worse withdrawal than opioids, to the point I have lost hope that I will ever be able to give them up. I am trying different ways to quit, but for some of us, these pouches have deep hooks that cause just as many issues as smoking. Thank you for this video. Your advice is very helpful.

I find quitting weed much more difficult than tobacco. I was able to drop tobacco cold turkey after 13 years. It wasn't easy but compared to my pot use, it's going to be significantly harder from my experience, because I actually feel something from pot. Nicotine was all mental for me. I feel much more chemically dependent and historically dependent on weed. I need to be medically scared to quit. And I'm almost there on weed. My lungs are starting to get tight and heavy and that is something you can DEFINITELY feel. That was my trigger. I'm 20 hours in to quitting right now. I'm 37 years old and I've smoked since I was 16. Off and on from there. Daily since I was 23. So this is very hard. Luckily I no longer live in Nevada or I would most likely never quit in a legal state.

Obviously, oral absorption with yours changes things with skipping first pass, but for longterm use for health its possible ethyl ester would be better. I have OCD so thats also of interest to me.

I would be happy if someone answers this question? What should I do? I tried quitting cigs many times and all times I relapsed because of cravings. But last time, I quitted because of a lung infection and the cravings only started after I started going back to school. But it was easy for another 7 days.. so about half a month of no nicotine I realised I have no concentration in school and my life seemed terrible... But I just could deal with that because of grades and shit. So to help my lungs I switched to snus/nicotine pouches. I havent smoked tobacco in something like 2 months but I use snus daily. I really cant quit rn because I need my concetration and testosterone for gym and my happines but all that will be temporarly gone when i quit. The only reason I want to quit is money and because I know the longer I use snus the harder it will be to quit and I know I cant do this forever. What should I do? Is the concetration gone because of acetylcholine? if so I think I can fix that right

I mean I had to quit like a dozen to two dozen times over the course of a year to get to where I am today. Just QUIT. when you say " ask yourself if you want to quit nicotine -with nicotine " is a bit misleading . smoking gives much sharper dophamine spike (which is the primarily cause of addiction ) where NRT supply low doses of nicotine continously and more steadily so the brain will get less pleasure from this exposure but simultaneously makes withdrawl symptoms more managable , which effectively reduce the physical depencdance of the brain overtime . and another benefit is the psychological habbit of actual smoke / vape which is replaced .
