Still didn't make diamond water. He made shitty Perrier. He admitted as much at the end. To actually make diamond water, the diamond would have to be dissolved into a solution. Nugget That’s not how it works if CO2 is cooled down it’s going to become ice made of CO2 not diamonds. Diamonds are made in the mantle where it’s 2000 F or 1100 C and the pressure is very high. So to make diamonds you need lots of heat and pressure not cooling down CO2. You really make no sense, and you shouldn’t talk about something you don’t know

Diamonds aren't that expensive when they're small. Hell, with diamond dust it would've been even way cheaper. Diamond for jewelry are expensive because of few factors. First, the size. As you could see on the video, in our pressure diamonds sublime. You would need extremely high pressure to melt the diamonds and let them crystallize again, so the bigger, the better. Once it breaks, there's basically no turning back. Second is the quality. You want as few flaws as possible in the diamond and it can really take the value down. It's connected to size also, because with increasing size, it's harder to have uniform quality in the whole. Third is labour. To make the diamond really shine, you need to carve it specific and precise way. While you can do this using machinery, handwork is way more prestigious. Last one is just the added value of prestige. If you take a look at the prestigious things, their price is usually way higher than the cost of materials. It comes mostly from the limited marketability and just pure need of owning something costing fortune.
