Thanks for the informative video Waiting for his 2nd part to know what is your advice on ideal way to perform this. I have been following intermittent fasting (18:6 split) since last 6 months + walking 10000 steps a day (approx 8km). I have not only lost weight but also saw a lot of improvement in my health.

Sir diabetic patients who has gone by pass surgery of heart of three blocks only one grafting done for my husband three months back he is very weak become thin what should be eaten to become healthy and become strong after heart attack only doctors told him he was diabetic from three months he is taking GP tablets daily now it's difficulty to deal with eating foods and make him healthy properly please suggest me sir please
